Food Quality Management
provides learners with knowledge and skills in food quality assurance and
control in the food supply chain; quality control and assurance in food
processing plants; preservation and trading in food; analysis, inspection and
evaluation of food quality, hygiene and food safety inspection, counsel of
nutrition, food quality and safety.
Graduates can work in
plants producing and trading agricultural products and foodstuffs, laboratories, institutes of quality and hygiene assessment, food safety; state
